in the sets that others describe as "specials".
Because we only build "specials", we build them
for the price for which others build "standards". |

We do actually manufacture – we are
not an agent or re-seller. We don’t buy in other
peoples sets and then cut them about a bit. We start with
raw steel, engines and alternators and finish with generating
sets. |

We have no "strategic
alliances" or supplier tie-in's to push. Every project gets the best solution,
chosen from the widest base of component suppliers currently available to any
generating set manufacturer in the UK. |

Our people: We don’t employ generating set people
who know how to manage a project or commission a
set – we employ specialists in their field who have learnt to apply it
to generating sets. All of our Project Managers, as an
example, are fully Health & Safety qualified before they are allowed to do
the job (IOSH or NEBOSH). |

No salesmen. We don’t need them. All of our Project
Managers are experts in the areas in which they work and
live with every job from the cradle to the grave. They
will tender a job, design it, they may even commission
it. When they speak to a client about a project, they speak
with the knowledge of somebody who knows how to actually
do that job, not as somebody who will sell it and then
lob it over the wall for some other poor fool to build. |

What we do, we do properly: When people asked us to start
taking sets out we
didn’t turn up with two likely looking lads and a van. We found out what
we needed to do. We became licensed Waste Brokers and Carriers. We did the job
properly. |
